This blueberry mint lemonade is the most refreshing drink! It's so easy to make and the flavours of mint and blueberry bend perfectly to give this pink lemonade the best flavour. Made with fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and naturally sweetened with honey this lemonade is perfect for spring and summer.

If you love refreshing drinks like a piña colada mocktail, non-alcoholic Moscow mule, pornstar martini mocktail, and ginger turmeric shots then you are going to love the lemonade recipe I am sharing with you today.

Why you will love this recipe:

    • It tastes amazing! This blueberry lemonade with mint has such a refreshing flavour. The combination of fresh blueberries and mint were made for each other.
    • It's so quick and easy to make just like apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
    • This healthy blueberry mint lemonade has the prettiest pink colour.
    • This healthy mocktail is made with no sugar and is instead sweetened naturally with honey to keep it refined sugar free.
    • It's very adaptable and can easily be made into sparkling lemonade or a lemonade cocktail.

If you love lemonade drinks you will also love my huckleberry lemonade recipe.

The ingredients needed for making blueberry mint lemonade separated into bowls including lemon juice, blueberries, mint leaves, water and honey.
    • Blueberries - fresh blueberries give this lemonade the most delicious flavour and beautiful pink color. If you don't have fresh blueberries you could use frozen blueberries instead.
    • Lemon juice - I recommend using freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best tasting lemonade.
    • Mint leaves - fresh mint leaves give this lemonade the perfect hint of mint flavour.
    • Honey - honey is used to naturally sweeten this blueberry lemonade recipe. You can easily use maple syrup instead.

    Recipe variations and add ins:

    • Feel free to change the berries in this lemonade to give it a different flavour - raspberries, strawberries or blackberries would all be delicious.
    • To make this into sparkling lemonade: replace the cold water with soda water or sparkling water.
    • To make it vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey.
    • Add a bit of vodka or gin to turn this blueberry lemonade into a blueberry mint cocktail.
    • If you don't love mint, reduce the amount of mint leaves you add to give this blueberry lemonade less of a minty flavour.
    • If you are serving a crowd feel free to double or triple this recipe.

How to make blueberry mint lemonade:

A blender with fresh mint leaves and blueberries in it.

    Step 1

First, place all the ingredients into your high speed blender.

    Step 2

Then blend the ingredients well until the lemonade is smooth.

    Step 3

Transfer the lemonade into glasses and enjoy!

    Top Tips:

    • Be sure to use a high speed blender to make this blended lemonade. If you don't you may end up with a chunky lemonade.
    • If you don't want any blueberry pulp in the lemonade then pour it through a fine mesh strainer or fine mesh sieve before serving.
    • Use cold water for the most refreshing taste.

    Blueberry mint lemonade FAQs:

    Is this lemonade vegan?

Yes. This lemonade recipe is vegan as long as you use maple syrup to sweeten it.

Do blueberry and mint go together?

Blueberry and mint combine very well. The sweetness of blueberries blends really well with mint to give a sweet, refreshing flavour.

How should I store this lemonade?

Store any leftover lemonade in the fridge for up to 5 days. Be sure to give it a stir before serving.
