Ingredients
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4-1/3 cup packed fresh mint leaves (use 1/4 cup for a less strong mint flavour)
- 2 tablespoon honey (substitute maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Blend well until smooth.
