- Spices - garlic powder and onion powder are all you need to perfectly season this aioli sauce.
Recipe variations:
- To make this into a vegan sriracha aioli: use a vegan mayonnaise.
- If you like a spicier aioli: add 1-2 more tablespoons of sriracha to turn it into a spicy sriracha aioli.

- Use this spicy mayo a sauce for fish dishes such as baked salmon, poke bowls, fish tacos, sushi, shrimp, salmon cakes or crab cakes.
