Five Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut manna (or coconut butter)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place a medium pot on the stove on low heat.
- Add all of the ingredients to the pot.
- Stir well until melted together (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Using low heat is important for this one. If the coconut butter gets too hot it will form clumps.
- Store this sauce in the fridge for as long as you need (which won't be long I promise). It will become firm in the fridge so you will need to heat it again if you want to use it in the liquid form.

Hey Erin,I so hear you about no shows. It must be so frustrating to have this happen to you so often. I wondered if you ever heard of Motivational Interviewing? It’s an amazing resource in mental health based on recognizing the stages of change and how to interact with clients based on their stage of change... it was and is so helpful to me that I thought I’d pass it along. 🙂

Oh yes I learned motivational interviewing both in undergrad and then again in medical school 🙂
