Hi friends! How was your weekend? I hope amazing!

I have something special to share with you today. I made my first ebook: 8 Ways To Save Money On The Paleo Diet.  I think I can call myself a real blogger now.

One of the biggest complaints I get from people when I talk to them about the paleo, or real foods diet, is how expensive it is. Trust me, I thought the same thing when I first changed my diet. But eating this way can definitely be affordable. So I decided to put together a resource to help you save money and start healing through food. Because it’s like I always say: real food really is medicine!

This guide is a compilation of all the things I have learned after almost six years of eating a paleo style diet (has it really been that long?!?!). I don't want you to have to struggle like I did initially so I really hope this guide can help you avoid some of the mistakes that I made when I transitioned to this way of eating. These recommendations apply for all types of real food diets whether it be SCD, GAPS, AIP, Paleo, Whole 30, or others.

Now, this guide is only available to those who have signed up for my newsletter. So if you are interested, please sign up below and you will be sent a FREE copy of this resource. Once you are signed up I will also keep you informed about new recipes, health information, giveaways and whatever else is happening on the blog. And no spam ever I promise! And you can unsubscribe at any time. No hurt feelings.

So what are you waiting for? Start learning how you can save money on the paleo diet!

    Until next time, happy eating!
