Carrot Cake Banana Bread

Ingredients YOU'LL NEED:

Almond, tapioca and coconut flour, bananas, carrots, honey, and coconut sugar.

Step 1: Combine ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350F. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl of a stand mixer. 

Step 2: Blend

Blend everything well until it's smooth. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough to the pan.

Step 3: Bake

Spread it into an even layer with a spoon or knife. Bake the bread for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.

Step 4: Make cashew icing 

Blend all the ingredients together in your food processor until they are smooth.

Step 5: Top with cashew icing 

When the bread is done cooking top it with the icing and allow the bread to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
