Ingredients

cups
raw cashews
1 1/2
cups
raw almonds
3
tablespoon
avocado oil
3
tablespoon
honey or maple syrup
2
tablespoon
curry powder
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325F.
Place the cashews and almonds in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well with a spoon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nuts evenly on the parchment paper
Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until roasted.
Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool. Then enjoy!
Notes
If you are vegan use maple syrup, not honey.
