Ingredients

raw pecans

tablespoon
honey

tablespoon
avocado oil
(or olive oil)

tablespoon
dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325F.
Place the pecans in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine well with a spoon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the pecans onto the parchment paper.
Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until starting to brown.
Remove from the oven and let the pecans cool. Then enjoy!
Notes
Use raw pecans and not roasted pecans for this recipe.
