Lavender Mint Lemonade
This is the best lavender mint lemonade. It's easy to make and has the most refreshing flavour. It's the perfect healthy summer drink or mocktail.

Ingredients

water
1
cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
honey or maple syrup
depending on how sweet you want it

mint leaves

tablespoon
lavender flowers
(put them in a tea ball)
Instructions
Place a medium pot on the stove and add the water plus the lemon juice.
Turn on the burner to medium high heat and bring the liquid to a boil.
Once it has boiled turn off the burner and add the tea ball filled with lavender flowers, mint leaves and honey.
Let it steep for 30-60 minutes.
Remove the mint leaves and tea ball and transfer the lemonade to a pitcher.
Add some ice or put the pitcher in the fridge for 1-2 hours to cool the lemonade.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover lemonade in the fridge for up to 3 days.
You can add more or less honey or maple syrup depending on how sweet you like your lemonade.
