Popsicle Ingredients

full fat plain yogurt

full fat coconut milk

lime juice

maple syrup

melted coconut oil

spinach

tablespoon
lime zest
Crust Ingredients (optional)

crushed graham crackers

tablespoon
coconut sugar

tablespoon
melted coconut oil
Instructions
If you are going to add the crust, stir the crust ingredients together in a bowl and set this aside.
Place the popsicle ingredients into a blender and blend them well until smooth.
Transfer the popsicle ingredients to a popsicle mold and fill each mold until it's 3/4 of the way full.
Spoon in the graham cracker crust mix to finish filling each mold. Press the crumbs down slightly.
Top the popsicle mold with its lid and add the popsicle sticks.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours.

This recipe makes 12 popsicles.
