This is the best gluten-free cookie dough! It's safe to eat raw since it's egg-free and it's so quick and easy and ready in just a few minutes.

sea salt

maple syrup or honey

Instructions
Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a bowl and stir well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Optional: place the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy!

You can use any type of chocolate chips that you like to make this dessert.
