This beef roast with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and cranberries is such a delicious one pot meal. The meat turns out so tender and has such an amazing flavour.

(or use chicken broth, vegetable broth or bone broth)

Instructions
Place all the ingredients, except for the roast, into your slow cooker and stir well to combine.
Add the roast to the slow cooker.
Turn the slow cooker onto low heat and cook for 8 hours, turning the roast occasionally.
Serve and enjoy!
