Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend well until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use either fresh or frozen berries for this recipe.
You can use either honey or maple syrup to sweeten this drink - if you like a sweeter lemonade feel free to add an extra 1-2 tbsp.
If you like a thicker smoothie feel free to add yogurt to this recipe - I recommend 1/2 cup of either vanilla, raspberry, blueberry or plain yogurt.
