Form into 4 even sized patties, putting an indent into the center of each patty using your thumb.
Transfer the patties to the tray of your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 360F.

You can use either white or brown turkey meat for these burgers.
You do not need to preheat your air fryer for this recipe. If you do preheat it, decrease the cook time by a few minutes.
If you are finding the turkey burgers sticky and hard to work with a couple tips include: use parchment paper to help form the burgers or you can also refrigerate or freeze the meat for a bit to help it become more firm.
