Ingredients YOU'LL NEED:
Coconut cream or full fat coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract.
Chill the coconut milk cans overnight and freeze a metal bowl for 10-30 minutes before making whipped cream. Scoop out the solid coconut cream layer from the cans and add it to the chilled bowl.
Now using your hand mixer or electric mixer blend the coconut cream on high speed until it forms thick, stiff peaks.
Once the whipped cream is the texture you desire, add the sweetener and vanilla extract.
Continue whipping with hand mixer until sweetener and vanilla are fully incorporated and soft peaks form.
