Coconut Whipped Cream

This Coconut Whipped Cream is the perfect dairy-free alternative to traditional whipping cream.

Ingredients YOU'LL NEED:

Coconut cream or full fat coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract.

Step 1: Freeze

Chill the coconut milk cans overnight and freeze a metal bowl for 10-30 minutes before making whipped cream. Scoop out the solid coconut cream layer from the cans and add it to the chilled bowl.

Step 2: Blend coconut cream

Now using your hand mixer or electric mixer blend the coconut cream on high speed until it forms thick, stiff peaks.

Step 3: Add sweetener

Once the whipped cream is the texture you desire, add the sweetener and vanilla extract.

Step 4: Continue whipping

Continue whipping with hand mixer until sweetener and vanilla are fully incorporated and soft peaks form.
