  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 lbs grass-fed sirloin steak, chopped
  • 2 heads broccoli, chopped


  1. Add all the sauce ingredients into your slow cooker (this is the one I use and love) and whisk to combine.

  2. Add the beef and mix well.

  3. Turn the slow cooker onto low heat and cook for 4 hours.

  4. Add the brocolli and cook for an additional 1-2 hours (depending on how soft you like your broccoli).

  5. Serve and enjoy!

  1. You can also make this beef and broccoli in the Crockpot.
