Ingredients

cups
chopped broccoli
(10 ounces)

tablespoon
avocado oil
(or sub olive oil)

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1/2
teaspoon
sea salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well so the broccoli is coated.
Add the broccoli florets to the trays of your air fryer and cook at 400F for 7-8 minutes, until roasted.
Notes
Depending on the model of air fryer you have you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly.
Store this broccoli in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
