  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and stir well to combine

  2. Turn on the heat to medium and bring to a boil

  3. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for ~45 minutes

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Use either fresh or frozen butternut squash to make this soup. Also feel free to use bone broth instead of water for even more flavour and health benefits.
