Paleo Banana Pecan Muffins

(Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. Add all the ingredients (except for the pecans) into your standing mixer

  3. Blend until well combined (I used the low setting)

  4. Stir in the chopped pecans

  5. Line a muffin tray with silicone muffin cups

  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups so that they are heaping

  7. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the tops are browned and a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes

  9. Serve and enjoy!
