This paleo chocolate raspberry oatmeal is a fun twist on classics oatmeal because it's made with bacon, chocolate and raspberries!
Place a medium sized pot on the stove on low heat.
Add the bananas, raspberries, coconut milk, coconut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract and allow to simmer for a few minutes until the bananas start to break apart, stirring frequently.
Stir in cocoa powder, cinnamon, collagen peptides and sea salt and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
If adding maple syrup or honey add that here.
Add the shredded coconut and remove the pot from the heat.
Place the lid on the pot and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the shredded coconut to soften.
Add the cooked bacon pieces.
