This paleo spiced banana bread oatmeal is a rich and creamy breakfast recipe. Healthy and gluten free this is about to become your new favourite comfort food.
Break the bananas up into pieces and place them in a medium pot on low heat on the stove.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the shredded coconut to the pot.
Allow the ingredients to come to a low boil and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring intermittently, until the bananas are broken up.
Add the shredded coconut and stir well to combine.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover with the lid and allow the "oatmeal" to sit for 5-10 minutes to soften the shredded coconut.
