Easy Over Hard Eggs

This over hard eggs recipe is so quick and easy to make and the yolks turn out fully cooked, never soft or runny.

To make these over hard eggs you'll need: eggs and coconut oil or butter, or other fat of choice.

Step 1: In a large pan or skillet, melt the coconut oil over low to medium-low heat.

Step 2: Add the egg(s) to the pan.

Step 3: Cook the eggs for 2-3minutes, until the white is firm but the yolk is still runny. Flip the eggs and cook for another two minutes until the yolk is fully cooked through.
