Easy Butternut Squash Soup is an easy and delicious soup bursting with flavour. This soup is even Whole30, Paleo, AIP and vegan!
Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and stir well to combine
Turn on the heat to medium and bring to a boil
Turn the heat down to low and simmer for ~45 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
Use either fresh or frozen butternut squash to make this soup. Also feel free to use bone broth instead of water for even more flavour and health benefits.
