  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup packed, chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup packed spinach feel free to add more if you like as it won't impact the taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  • Place all of the ingredients into your food processor
  • Process until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy!


NOTE: This will stay fresh in the fridge for at least one week
