Lavender Mint Lemonade

This is the best lavender mint lemonade. It's easy to make and has the most refreshing flavour. It's the perfect healthy summer drink or mocktail.

  • 6 cups water
  • 6 lemons, for juice
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup depending on how sweet you want it
  • 20 mint leaves
  • enough lavender flowers to fill a tea ball


  1. Place a medium pot on the stove and add the 6 cups of water plus the juice from the lemons.

  2. Turn on the burner to medium high heat and bring the liquid to a boil.

  3. Once it has boiled turn off the burner and add the tea ball, mint leaves and honey.

  4. Place the pot in the fridge and let it steep for 1-2 hours.

  5. Remove the mint leaves and tea ball.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. Store any leftover lemonade in the fridge for up to 5 days. 
  2. You can add more or less honey or maple syrup depending on how sweet you like your lemonade.
