Whole 30 Simple Mango Salsa

(Paleo, Vegan, GAPS, SCD, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Dairy Free)


  • 6 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Chop all the ingredients and add them to a bowl

  2. Stir well to combine

  3. Transfer to a large sieve to allow the excess liquid to drain off for about 1 hour

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

TIP: Make this the night before and chill it in the fridge. This allows the flavours to blend even more and it becomes even more delicious.
