Paleo Berry Coconut Waffles

These paleo berry coconut waffles are so delicious! Made with healthy ingredients they are easy to make and are also gluten free and dairy free.

Instructions

  • Turn your waffle iron on.
  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
  • Add the batter to the waffle iron (I added about 3-4 tablespoon per waffle).
  • Cook until done (mine took 6-7 minutes - but different waffle irons may have different cooking times).
  • Remove from the waffle iron and let the waffles cool for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Use room temperature eggs for best results. 
  2. If you have leftover waffles store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
