Citrus Arugula Pesto

(Paleo, Vegan, SCD, GAPS)


  • 4 cups packed fresh arugula leaves
  • 100 g package pine nuts
  • 1 large mandarine orange, peeled and pulp removed 1/2 a large navel orange should also work or 2 small mandarine oranges
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2-1 tsp sea salt


  1. Place all the ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth

  2. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: This stays fresh in the fridge for at least one week
