Mint Smoothie Breakfast Bowls

(Paleo, SCD, Vegan, Whole 30, No Added Sweetener)



  1. Place all the ingredients, except the gelatin, into your high speed blender and blend until smooth

  2. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved (omit this step for vegan)

  3. Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge

  4. Refrigerate overnight

  5. Serve and enjoy!
