Basic Paleo Guacamole with Optional Additions

Get out your favorite chips and crackers! I won't tell if you eat this amazing guacamole with a spoon.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoon Simply Organic Grilling Vegetable Seasoning I like 2 for more flavour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and place the green flesh into a glass or plastic bowl
  • Add lemon and lime juice to avocados and mash well with a fork
  • Once avocados have the texture you desire add the remaining ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours to enhance flavour
  • Remove from fridge, serve and enjoy!

Notes

NOTE: I keep this in the fridge for a few days afterwards and it gets more flavourful the longer it sits
