Skip the can (full of added salt and sugars) and make your own simple and sweet tomato soup for cold days.
Add baby tomatoes and coconut milk to your blender and blend until smooth
Transfer ingredients to a large pot on the stove and turn the burner to medium heat
Add remaining ingredients and allow the soup to come to a boil
Simmer for 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
Serve with your favorite on-plan bread or crackers.
