  • 1 ripe, frozen banana
  • 1 ripe nectarine, pit removed skin left on
  • 8 fresh strawberries stems removed
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp ground organic cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Collagen peptides


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and then enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. This smoothie is nice and thick. I you prefer a thinner smoothie add a bit of water. 
  2. You can swap the nectarine for a peach. 
  3. Store this smoothie in the fridge overnight.
