Vegan Orange Chocolate Fudge
This vegan orange chocolate fudge is such a delicious dessert. It's easy to make and has the most incredible flavour. Plus it's dairy free and gluten free too.

- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/4 cup coconut butter, melted (or coconut manna)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey if you aren't vegan)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Place all the ingredients into your food processor.
Blend them well until they are smooth.
Line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment paper (or use a silicone pan if you have one) and pour the ingredients into the pan. Spread well and press down with a spoon or knife to form an even layer.
Place the pan in the freezer for about 60 minutes.
Cut the fudge into pieces of desired size and enjoy!
- Store the fudge in the fridge, or put some in the freezer for a later date.
- If you don't have a food processor this can also be made in your Vitamix blender.
- Instead of cocoa powder you can use cacao powder.
