  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch sea salt

Optional Topping Ideas

  • banana, sliced
  • berries
  • chocolate chips


  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and stir well to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours. Add any optional toppings before serving.

Recipe Notes
