  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate (chocolate bars or chocolate chips work)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pot or saucepan on low heat

  2. Heat until smooth, stirring frequently to break up the cocoa powder

Recipe Notes

  1. If you like a sweeter hot chocolate, add an extra tablespoon of coconut sugar
  2. You can use either chocolate chips or a broken chocolate bar for the chocolate in this recipe
