Oat Milk Hot Chocolate

This oat milk hot chocolate recipe is so rich and creamy and really easy to make. It's also naturally dairy free and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 3 tablespoon coconut sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate (chocolate bars or chocolate chips work)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small pot or saucepan on low heat.
  • Heat until smooth, stirring frequently to break up the cocoa powder.
  • Then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you like a sweeter hot chocolate, add an extra tablespoon of coconut sugar.
  2. You can use either chocolate chips or a broken chocolate bar for the chocolate in this recipe.
  3. If you are serving a crow feel free to double or triple this recipe.
