Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Turkey burgers in the air fryer turn out so juicy and tender! They have the best flavour and are ready in under 10 minutes.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon bbq sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Form into 4 even sized patties, putting an indent into the center of each patty using your thumb.
  • Transfer the patties to the tray of your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 360F.

Notes

  1. You can use either white or brown meat for these burgers.
  2. If you are finding the turkey burgers sticky and hard to work with a couple tips include: use parchment paper to help form them or you can also refrigerate or freeze the meat for a bit to help it become more firm.
  3. To cook these turkey burgers from frozen add 3-5 more minutes to the cooking time or thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
