Air Fryer Salmon Patties with Lemon Dill Aioli

These air fryer salmon patties with lemon dill aioli are the best! Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside with the most amazing flavour. Plus they're ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans salmon (320 grams)
  • 1 cup almond flour (or bread crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp packed lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 egg

Optional

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (for greasing the tray of your air fryer if needed)

Lemon Dill Aioli

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (or more to taste)

Instructions

Salmon Patties Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Mix everything together until combined.

  3. Form into 4 patties of equal size and brush the rack of your air fryer with avocado oil.

  4. Cook the patties for 15 minutes at 360F.

Lemon Dill Aioli Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in a bowl or glass measuring cup.

  2. Stir well to combine.

  3. Top the salmon cakes with the aioli and serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. Every model of air fryer is different, so you may have to adjust the cooking time slightly. 
  2. If you use a basket style air fryer you will need to flip the patties half way through to ensure they cook evenly.
  3. Instead of almond flour you can use bread crumbs or crushed crackers instead.
