Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a freezer safe dish (I used a bread pan).
  • Place the dish in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours (depending on how soft you like your ice cream).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Note: You can store this in the fridge or freezer. I actually prefer the texture when it is stored in the fridge but you may prefer it in the freezer.
