Paleo Chocolate Ice Cream
This paleo chocolate ice cream is so rich and creamy! Plus you'll love that you don't need an ice cream maker to make it!

Ingredients
2 1/2
cups
full fat coconut milk
1/2
cup
coconut manna
1/4
cup
honey
1
tablespoon
organic vanilla extract
1/3
cup
organic cacao powder
2
scoops
Collagen Peptides
1
pinch
sea salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a freezer safe dish (I used a bread pan).
Place the dish in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours (depending on how soft you like your ice cream).
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Note: You can store this in the fridge or freezer. I actually prefer the texture when it is stored in the fridge but you may prefer it in the freezer.
