White Peppermint Smoothie

(Paleo, Whole 30, Vegan, Gluten Free, GAPS, SCD)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/4 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup packed mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut manna or coconut butter
  • Optional: 1-2 scoops of grass-fed gelatin omit for vegan

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix or other high speed blender

  2. Blend well until smooth

  3. Serve and enjoy!
