Dairy Free Chocolate Mocha Ice Cream
You are going to love this dairy free chocolate mocha ice cream. It's really easy to make without an ice cream maker and has a delicious dark chocolate flavour.

Ingredients

cup
brewed coffee
ideally organic and fair trade
2
ripe bananas, broken into pieces
2/3
cup
melted coconut butter
or coconut manna or concentrate
1/4
cup
coconut oil
1
teaspoon
organic vanilla extract
1
pinch
sea salt
1/3
cup
cacao powder
1
tablespoon
grass-fed gelatin
Instructions
Place a medium sized pot on the stove on low heat
Place the first 6 ingredients into the pot and heat until melted
Stir to combine, breaking apart the banana pieces
Add in the cacao powder and stir well until dissolved
Optional: If you still have too many banana chunks, use your immersion blender to blend
Stir in the gelatin until dissolved
Transfer to a glass or ceramic bowl
Place in the fridge and let cool for 3-4 hours
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
NOTE: This ice cream stores well in the fridge for at least one week
