Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (or sub for another type of milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon collagen peptides
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon smooth, unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (to taste)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend well until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you don't have time to refrigerate this smoothie, use a frozen banana instead. 
  2. If you are vegan omit the collagen peptides.
