Ingredients

ripe frozen banana, peel removed

fresh cherries, pits removed

organic cashew butter

coconut butter
melted
1/4 - 1/2

ground organic cinnamon

organic vanilla extract

Optional: depending on how thick you like your smoothies
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the water if you want a thinner smoothie and blend well .
Serve and enjoy!
