Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl or jar.
  • Stir or shake well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Let it sit for at least 3 hours, or overnight in the fridge.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You can make these chocolate oats in either a large mason jar or storage container.
  2. You can use either cocoa powder or cacao powder for this recipe. 
  3. You can sweeten these oats with either maple syrup or honey. 
  4. Store these oats in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
