Cajun Butter Sauce
This is the best cajun butter sauce recipe. It's easy to make and can be used as a seafood dipping sauce, seafood boil sauce or as a marinade.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon cajun seasoning (for less spicy use 1 tbsp)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat on the stove.
Once the butter is melted turn the heat down to low and add the onion and garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the cajun seasoning, honey and apple cider vinegar and simmer for another couple minutes.
Then remove the pot from the heat and serve!
