Air Fryer Mahi Mahi

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets (~6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)

Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
  • Coat both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets in the oil.
  • Sprinkle both sides of the fish fillets with the seasoning mix.
  • Transfer the Mahi Mahi to your air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes.
  • Let the cooked Mahi Mahi rest for a couple minutes, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You can also use olive oil to make this fish. 
  2. Depending on the air fryer that you have you may need to adjust the cooking time. 
  3. Don't crowd the fish in the air fryer or the fillets won't cook properly. 
  4. Store any leftover cooked Mahi Mahi in the fridge in an airtight container for u pot 3 days.
