- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat your oven 350°F and line an 8"x 8" baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of your standing mixer and blend well with a spoon until well combined and there are no clumps in the flour.
Add in the wet ingredients and use your standing mixer to blend everything well until you have a smooth dough.
Stir in the white chocolate chips by hand.
Transfer the batter to the baking pan and spread it evenly until it's smooth.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely and then cut them into pieces and enjoy!
