Air Fryer Bananas

Air fryer bananas are such a delicious easy dessert. They only take 5 minutes to cook and can be used in so many ways.

  • Cut the bananas into pieces, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  • In a bowl, combine the oil, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Coat each banana piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Line your air fryer tray or basket with parchment paper and transfer the coated banana pieces to the air fryer tray. Cook them for 5-6 minutes at 380F.

Notes

  1. Nutritional values are estimates and will vary depending on the exact ingredients you use. 
  2. Try to cut the bananas into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly. 
  3. Make sure the bananas aren't touching each other when you put them in the air fryer or they won't cook evenly. 
  4. These bananas are best eaten right away but if you do want to save some for later, store them in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
