Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip

To make this Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip, you'll need: raw cashews, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, spinach and artichoke hearts.

Step 1: Place all the ingredients for the sauce into your blender and blend until smooth. Preheat the oven to 350F.

Step 2: Heat avocado oil in a pan on medium heat, add onion and sauté, then add chopped artichoke hearts and sauté for 5 minutes. Add spinach and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 3: Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and turn off the burner. Add the sauce to the pan and stir well to combine.

Step 4: Transfer all the ingredients to a casserole dish and bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until it's heated throughout.
