Melt the mint chocolate bars in the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate into a 9 x 13" pan lined with parchment paper. Then place the pan in the fridge
Make the white chocolate layer and crush your candy canes
Pour the white chocolate layer on top of the dark chocolate and top with the crushed candy canes. Put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
