Vegan Peach Cobbler

To make this Paleo Peach Cobbler you'll need: fresh peaches, coconut sugar, tapioca flour, cinnamon, almond and coconut flour, vanilla extract and coconut milk.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375F. Add all the ingredients for the peach layer into an 8" x 8" baking dish and mix until combined. Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2: To make the crust, place all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.

Step 3: Form the crust into multiple flat shapes and place on top of the peach layer, leaving a few spots uncovered.

Step 4: Cook for an additional 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
